Whatever is drawn in the Open Cycle Map for a route, this is a great piece for mountain bikers. The journey, e.g. high from the Ragnerudssjön is easy to make on gravel, the "figure eight" itself is not undemanding and leads on minimal asphalt, otherwise farm roads, trails and sometimes even a cross-country ski run through the forest.
