There is a beautiful cycle path through the Bottwartal, which runs on many sections on the former narrow-gauge railway line Marbach-Heilbronn (south). The first section of Marbach-Beilstein was opened in 1894. In 1900 it went to Heilbronn. Relics of the route can still be seen in many places along the way.
