Sant Miquel de Gallifa is a Romanesque church in the neighborhood of Gallifa in the municipality of Sant Boi de Lluçanès (Osona) included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia. [1]
Description It is a building facing east of a nave with a semicircular apse and covered with a barrel vault and Arabic tiles on the outside. The exterior walls are smooth except for the apse, which has a frieze of Lombard arches. It has two windows in the apse and a rectangular door in the west façade on which there is a belfry with two arches. [2]
Three constructive phases are clearly distinguished. The first is from the second half of the 11th century, in the nave and apse. The second is that of the belfry and the third is the reconstruction of the door. [2]
