This area is highly recommended. One of the most beautiful places on the Aller for me. The journey via Osterloh is not recommended. A lot of cobblestones and only sandy strips at the edge. From Bockelskamp you can reach the water stairs via a gravel bike path.

The course of the Aller cycle path was changed in this area due to the renaturation. With the Raugerinne, the old arm "Theewinkel" was again integrated into the watercourse of the Aller. This promotes both the structural and ecological objectives of the Water Framework Directive and the conservation objectives of the EU's Fauna-Flora-Habitats Directive.
