The lighthouse is in the southwest on the island of Fehmarn. It was built in 1872. He is released for inspection. For the ascent you have to climb 162 steps. The tower is 37.5 m high. The top light has a height of 38m. The range of the top light is 25 nautical miles. The tower has been a listed building since 2001. At the foot of the tower there is a coffee garden with comfortable seating.
