A very beautiful, vertiginous point of view over Grenoble. A restaurant for a coffee or a meal is in the fort in case of craving 😉

Renovated in the 1990s, this fort once housed 25 artillery pieces and a garrison of 477 men. With the mission of protecting the surroundings of Grenoble at the time, today it is a museum and a great place to take a break and enjoy the view. There is a restaurant, but I recommend checking in advance if you plan to eat there, as it is temporarily closed as I write.
