The shape of the late medieval castle complex is unknown. Since no traces of her have been found so far, her location at the site of today's castle is not certain. Today's building stock of the knight's seat does not go back before the beginning of the 18th century. The palace complex is located on an island surrounded by moats and consists of a half-timbered gatehouse, two barns and the manor house. The simple manor house with a mansard roof is clad on two sides with slabs of slate. The western part is highlighted by a risalit, there is also a neo-Gothic chapel extension from the 19th century. The gate building is crowned by a ridge turret on which stands a weathervane with the year 1712.
