Ford Bravo is a recreated Western village. The buildings in the village appear in various western films. When SERGIO Leone discovered Tabernas in the early 1960s, a wave of recordings started. Many film recordings were made in the beautiful desert environment.

You will immediately see that the desert of Tabernas in Andalusia has many similarities with the American Wild West when you drive into the area. It is therefore not surprising that this region is often used as a setting for films. There are a number of movie sets in the Tabernas Desert, three of which have been converted into theme parks over the years: Western Leone, Oasys Mini Hollywood and Fort Bravo Texas Hollywood. We stroll around the last mentioned theme park, watch one of the shows and sleep for a night.

Fort Bravo, also known as Texas Hollywood, offers an immersive experience of the American Old West. Visitors can enjoy live shows, wagon rides, and explore authentic sets including a saloon, jail, bank, and more. Additionally, there is an area dedicated to Mexican culture with a plaza, church, and traditional homes.
