The Scaletta descent goes in both directions, both up and down, and is great to ride in both directions. If you ride from Davos, you can go up a bit from Alp Funtauna to the Keschhütte on the glacier and via Bergün and Filisur, making a great circular tour from Davos.

Great route but you have to be aware that you rarely meet people and it is a lot of work to get to the first and only hut (I think). Take enough water with you.

From Davos (Dürrboden) the climb to the top of the pass is rather steep and difficult, from the Engadin it is easier.
