With the car ferry MS "PELLWORM I", which shuttles between the mainland port Strucklahnungshörn and the North Sea island of Pellworm in (almost) any weather and in any season, you can enjoy a short sea trip here.

The ferry ride takes about 35 minutes. There is a small restaurant on board.

The car ferry MS "PELLWORM I" is the lifeline of the island and connects two very different worlds: here the North Sea island of Pellworm in the middle of the mudflats, a haven for city-weary vacationers - there the mainland with all its hustle and bustle.

Even better than the port ferry in Hamburg, and that's what I say as a Hamburg citizen ;-)
