At the level of the last farm in the Lürbke/Bremke there is a sign that it is a dead end, but this only applies to motor vehicles. The bridge over the "Kalkofensiepen" is closed to motor vehicles with concrete obstacles. However, enough space has been left between the obstacles for hikers and cyclists. There is still one downside, the last 300 m or so from the barrier to the country road are not easy to drive due to the rather coarse gravel.
