Great ride out to Herveys Range Lookout. The gateway to the West towards the Lynd Highway or to get you back onto the Bicentenial National Trail.
From Willows to the summit approx 30km ride.
Bitumen the whole way out.
Not much of a shoulder so be aware of vehicles.
The climb is under 3km long and an average of around 4% gradient.
No water at the summit and no rubbish bins available anymore for rubbish. You can ride on further to Keelbottom Creek or Range Control Complex so bring extra water and food for the extra k’s.
Overall great ride and popular with local cyclists.
