Due to the conversion of the old railway line as a dedicated cycle path (caution, from time to time pedestrians get lost on it ;-j) very relaxed and, above all, evenly uphill to the foot of Ballon d'Alsace. Unfortunately, only rarely cleaned in autumn and therefore full of leaves and accordingly when wet the bike is wallpapered and in certain places surprisingly slippery/hidden puddles. But all in all a very successful unbundling when approaching the balloon.

The cycle path along the Dollar River was built on a former railway line (voie verte). Old station buildings along the route bear witness to this, such as the former Sewen station. And thanks to the railway line, the route profile is very balanced, the racing bike runs by itself. And if you get hungry between meals, there is even a pizza machine along the route.
