Useful track to keep heading East from Uplistsikhe, however, it's a pretty bumpy ride. The route is very rutted and makes for very slow going (as well as sore wrists).
That being said, it offers stunning views of the river and northern mountains, so if you're not in a rush and have an appropriate touring/gravel bike - then go for it.
