The lake is 3.77 km long, max. 610 m wide and covers an area of 175 ha. It is approx. 6 m deep. At Lenzen and Leuengarten there are two, no longer official, swimming areas.

A beautiful circular tour, whether on foot or by bike. The bike should be off-road capable, though. In summer, there's probably a lot of sugar sand.
