Here, the mustard is still produced as in 1810, as it corresponds to the year of construction of one of the oldest mustard mills in Europe, which stands here. And that's exactly what you can watch as part of a guided tour every day at 12, 14, 15 or 16 o'clock. The tour takes only 30 minutes, a nice, culinary break so on the bike ride along the Moselle. In the shop, you can of course buy all sorts of mustard specialties for the home.
