Church of Saint John the Baptist and Our Lady of Consolation in Giecz - one of the two Roman Catholic churches in the village of Giecz.
It is a wooden temple mentioned in 1240, the present one was built after a fire in 1717, and was renovated several times. A fragment of a pre-Romanesque temple wall made of field stone was discovered next to the building. The interior design comes from the eighteenth century. In the main altar there is a painting of Our Lady of Consolation from the Greater Poland school, dating from the 17th century.
