The Tauchsteinsee, directly on the Schozachtal cycle path, is a flooded former quarry. The lake is fenced in and the Talheim-Lauffen fishing club is in charge there. If there is an angler there, you can ask if you can go to the water to take photos. When the sky is clear, the water often reflects a great blue.

The terrain is usually closed so you can barely see the water. Otto normal man comes to the area only during the two-day Diving Stone Festival of the Gressen-Anglersportverein (usually end of May).
