A popular central location with a great view of downtown Seattle to the south. Best part is the kite-flying hill, which you will want to walk (not bike) up. A big playground and decent bathrooms, too. Packed with people in the summer, and especially for the fireworks celebrations at 4th of July and New Years Eve. Good spot to start/end a ride.
