Copicut Woods is part of the Southeastern Massachusetts Bioreserve south of Boston. An abandoned farm settlement and Miller Lane stone-wall lined cart path tell of the 516-acre (209 ha) woodland's rich agricultural past.
The bioreserve is one of the largest protected areas in Massachusetts and is home to a variety of endangered species and landscapes.
