    The hike through the Weichtalklamm is one of the most popular activities in the Höllental. Ideal on hot days. Often overrun. The path begins behind the Weichtalhaus and leads through the nice, sometimes very narrow Weichtalklamm. The climbing points are either secured by ladders or by ropes and chains, but you shouldn't underestimate the mini via ferrata, because it gets a bit tricky when it's wet (and it's almost always damp in the gorge). At the forest road, the gorge joins the Ferdinand-Mayer-Weg and follows it to the Kienthalerhütte. From here it is advisable to descend via the Ferdinand-Mayer-Weg, which runs a little to the west of the gorge. Impressive scenic hike with two mini via ferratas to the idyllic Kienthalerhütte. The trail is marked in red.

      A very beautiful, partially narrow and deep gorge. Some easy, small climbing sections are made easier with iron steps or chains. Appropriate footwear and basic skills are recommended.
