The Temple Neuf (German: Evangelical City Church Metz) is a Protestant-Reformed church in Metz. The municipality is part of the Evangelical Reformed Church of Alsace and Lorraine (Église protestante réformée d 'Alsace et de Lorraine). The Protestant town church is located at the southwestern tip of the "Île du Petit-Saulcy", the "Little Willow Island", which is surrounded by the Moselle.

The New Temple, or New Protestant Temple, is a reformed building of worship built in Metz between 1901 and 1905, during the Wilhelminian period. The parish is now a member of the Union of Protestant Churches of Alsace and Lorraine.

You can hardly find a more beautiful location to build a church: on the tip of an island in the river!
However, it is quite new (see also the name), and was built at the beginning of the 20th century!
We were unable to visit, but of course we did take beautiful snapshots from both banks of the river.
