The summit "Großer Hansgörgl" is marked by a summit cross, the larger of the two Hansgörgl has a height of 601 m. There was once a pavilion at its summit, which was built by the Hersbruck Beautification Association in 1877. The viewing pavilion was demolished around 1935, an information board at the summit cross reports. From the summit there is no view of the surrounding area due to the vegetation. The summit can be easily reached via various paths or trails.

There are various, not too difficult trails around the "Großer Hansgörgel". Unfortunately, it is not always clear which trail begins or ends where. The way up to the summit cross is not drivable, pushing is the order of the day. In the lower area, small jumps and steep curves were created by "cyclists".

A beautiful trail leads directly past the Great Hansgörgel. Unfortunately, at the moment there are a few trees across the way, but it is still rewarding and with little difficulty. On the big Hansgörgel to the summit cross you should climb the last 10m maybe without a bike and pay a visit.
