The Würzburg barrage is a double lock with a weir system directly on the Old Main Bridge in Würzburg. The lock was put into operation in 1954 and has a drop of 2.75 metres, i. H. the ships overcome this height difference in it. The lock chamber is 300 meters long and 12 meters wide.
