In 1891, the Herxheimweyher Chapel was commissioned by Georg Franz Trauth and Anna Maria Römer as a thank you for a healing. The Madonna was restored by the well-known church painter Otto Schultz in 1967; the chapel was last renovated in 1993/94.
Equipment:
Altar table, above it a picture of the wooden sculpture of the "Mother of God of Perpetual Help" from 1575, stolen in 1973.

The Weyhrer chapel also belongs to the so-called Herxheimer chapel wreath, which includes the village. This chapel was commissioned in 1891 in thanksgiving for a healing. It was last renovated in 1993/94. You really can't stay long here, as cars rush by on the country road just a few meters from the chapel.
