The road is breathtaking uphill - breathtakingly beautiful downhill.
The lower half to Steinbach meanders through beautiful curves. The gradient is moderate and fluctuates between 4% and 6%. A car hill climb takes place on this part of the route every year, which promises lots of fun cornering on a wide road.
Above Steinbach the gradient reaches up to 11%. The lane is narrower here, but it has an impeccable surface.
There is almost no traffic on the road - so it is worthwhile to tackle the 330 meters in altitude in both directions.

On the winding section to Steinbach you still meet one or the other car, above you have the asphalt but then for yourself. As mountain goat has already described, this is definitely one of the most beautiful mountain roads in the area.
