"In 1927 what is now the“ Alte Moorhütte ”was a small sales kiosk. In 1969 the Müller family took it over and turned it into a cozy bar Since a large oak stood in the way of expansion and Mr. Müller, known as a nature lover, did not want to fell it, it was quickly integrated into the restaurant. After the “Alte Moorhütte” was leased from 1982-93, the daughter of the Müllers, Frau Nehmer, the “Alte Moorhütte” again in 1994 and it was modernized again. However, the “Alte Moorhütte” never lost its hut character through expansion and renovation so many friendships have their origins here. "
