The Doel nuclear power plant (KCD) is a Belgian nuclear power plant park with three nuclear power plants (Doel 1, 2 and 4) and one nuclear energy production unit that has been decommissioned (Doel 3). The nuclear power plant is located in the port of Antwerp, along the left bank of the Scheldt, near the village of Doel, a sub-municipality of Beveren in the province of East Flanders. The plant is owned by the energy company Engie Electrabel, which in turn is owned by the multinational Engie. EDF Luminus has a 10% share in the two youngest power stations. These companies also own the only other Belgian nuclear power plant park in Tihange.

With nine million inhabitants within a radius of 75 kilometers, the nuclear power plant is located in the most densely populated area in Europe. The Federal Public Service Home Affairs defines an emergency plan zone of 20 km around the power station, which includes more than 903,000 Belgian inhabitants in 35 municipalities.
