The summit cross stands on a ridge between 2 wooded areas. On both sides you have a beautiful view of the countryside. The cross itself is already beautiful and it is worthwhile to accept the not too difficult ascent. On warmer days you can take a good rest on the "Bankerl" (rest area) and sign up for the banker's book. Shortcoming: Komoot does not know the official footpath up here ... it's best to stick to the official markings (red-white-red) or to the yellow signposts leading to the "Bankerl".
