Enchantingly mystical - and always different: this is the hallmark of the Sauerland forest route, the new top trail from Marsberg to Iserlohn, total length 240 km. If you hike via Rüthen to Warstein or vice versa, a piece of the route leads directly through Kallenhardt, past the Kalvarienberg, Siechenkapelle, Sandkaule, Hoher and Hohler Stein. Further information, also with stage tips, e.g. from Rüthen to Warstein via Kallenhardt, approx. 14 km under sauerland-waldroute.de.
