The trail is a loop 43.1 km long (25.5 km on the Polish side and 17.6 km on the Czech side) running on the Polish side through Gołkowice, Godów, Jastrzębie-Zdrój (Szotkowice, Moszczenica and Ruptawa) and Zebrzydowice and on the Czech side Karviná, Piotrowice near Karviná and Zawada [1]. Between Godowo and Jastrzębie-Zdrój, on a section of 3.3 km, the route runs along the old track of the railway line No. 159, and between Jastrzębie-Zdrój and Zebrzydowice, on a section of 3 km, along the railway line No. 170.
On the part of the route running along the former track, there are 5 rest points, including one roofed in Jastrzębie-Zdrój Szotkowice
