After being vacant for a long time, life has returned to one of the oldest buildings in Kirchzarten-Dietenbach, which once housed a waterworks and a mill. For decades, the Gasthaus zum Rössle was an address for gourmets. During the vacancy, the hotel rooms were converted into apartments.
