This is the most MTB-y portion of the tour. Ascend via overgrown doubletrack on the souther face of Stratton, descend via zippy singletrack on the northern face. Be careful descending if you’re not running suspension. It’s impossible to see rocks in the middle of the trail because the grass is so overgrown. I got a snakebite puncture after hitting a small rock at 25 mph that took 3 plugs and the better part of 1.5 hours to fully seal.
