ハイキング
Former pulmonary hospital. Probably one of the most famous "lost places" in the area. Correspondingly a lot of graffiti, broken pieces, rubbish, traces of fire can be found. Entering the building is forbidden and should not be underestimated due to the severe disrepair.

This abandoned sanatorium has charm. Unfortunately, a few crazy people with fireworks gave it the rest.

The Volksheilstätte Charlottenhöhe was available to people suffering from tuberculosis for 65 years. From 1905 to 1907 the “Association for People's Health Resorts in Württemberg” established the People's Health Center at Charlottenhöhe in the Langenbrand forest district. Three chief physicians worked here: 1907 to 1920 Dr. Rudolf Schüz, 1920 to 1957 Dr. Erwin Dorn and 1957 to 1973 Dr. Dieter swivel cup. On September 30th, 1973 the sanatorium Charlottenhöhe was closed. From 1973 to 1994 the Schömberg Vocational Promotion Agency used the Charlottenhöhe for retraining courses and preparatory courses for retraining students.
