The trail is interspersed with roots, but relatively flat, which makes it easy to ride even for beginners. But there are quite a few tricky spots, e.g. through a rather muddy depression with a short but very rooty climb immediately following it. That's just before it goes over the bridge.
Definitely a great trail on which you can train driving over roots in the best possible way without taking great risks. With the E-MTB you can mainly practice anticipatory driving, the right choice of lines and how to maintain traction on the rear wheel ...
I only mastered the entire trail the third or fourth time without stopping (but I'm also a beginner ... ;-)

Can only agree with the prescriber, the trail has its pitfalls, which makes it good for training. It hits me every second time too, either at the roots by the bridge or at the 90 degree bend.
