A single-nave church, built in the years 1780–1782 of wood, carcass construction. It has a baroque tin tower. The main altar houses a 17th-century folk crucifix, famous for its graces. On the rood beam there is a religious inscription in rhymes and a crucifix from the 17th century and figures of Mary and Saint John.
The church is located on the trail of wooden churches around the Zielonka Forest.
