Hey, I actually think the area is great, unfortunately many of the paths are either private roads or closed to mountain bikers, and there are even references to the lawsuit against the loss of possession. I have the impression that mountain bikers are undesirable. This also happened to me in Carinthia on Lake Ossiach. So it's better to switch to bike areas like Ischgl, Saalbach...
According to the owner, 200m at the crossing is NOT even a push section. You have to carry the bike! Unfortunately, the signs are only at the top! The owner should be brought on board by Tirol Tourism.
