The generously designed green area Biebricher Rheinwiesen is located further downstream in Biebrich. When the weather is good, it is a real magnet for many guests, who usually treat "their park" very carefully.
At two to three events a year, the meadows are converted into a small festival area and attract guests from both sides of the river. The playground in the Biebricher Rheinwiesen is very popular with groups of children from the surrounding elementary schools and kindergartens as well as with families from the neighboring city districts.

From the Biebrich Rhine meadows, the path leads under the Schierstein Rhine bridge and over the Bismarcksaue, which is dedicated to biotope and species protection and borders the Schierstein harbor basin to the south. The western port embankment can be reached via the port footbridge and you can walk or cycle along the embankment to the city limits in front of Niederwalluf.
