The village church in Groß Bademeusel is a plastered field stone building with a striking black slate tower dome. At first glance, the interior is rather simple - at second glance, however, you see a church that, as the center of the village, also reflects its history. The original structure was erected in the 14th century. Of this, the walls of the church are still preserved. In 1800 some windows were enlarged and renovation work was carried out on the floor and interior ceiling in the 20th century.
