Övre Hävla mill or Hävla hammarsmedja is a local history museum and architectural monument by Hävla stream in Skedevi parish in Östergötland's mountain range.
In 1682, the governor Jacob Henriksson Flemming (1640–89) received permission to manufacture wrought iron at Hävla ström in Skedevi parish. In the 19th century, the business was expanded and at the end of the 19th century, Hävla was one of the country's largest suppliers of horseshoes. The smithy was in use until 1924. The mill is almost completely preserved in the condition it was in when the mill was closed down in 1924.
