Nice tour drove from Apen via Westerstede to Vareler Hafen ... eat fish on the dike long to Dangast to eat ice cream ... From there through the salt marshes towards Bockhorn ... From there back to Apen

A really nice path along the salt marshes - on the water side.
Here you have - with good visibility - a great view of the Jade Bay and can discover and observe a lot.
Please note!!!
The path is paved with concrete slabs, but can be very slippery and muddy due to the weather. You can drive the path a little further north, but when I visited it was fenced off because of the sheep.
