In maps this tunnel is mostly not registered. He used to serve as a way to school from the Stiftsgrundhof to the Old Schoolhouse in Waldrems. If you know the tunnel, you still like to use it as a shortcut and you do not have to walk on the busy street.

Pedestrian tunnel under the railway embankment. This used to be the way to school for the children from the Stiftsgrundhof. The schoolhouse was on the B14 between Waldrems and Maubach.
