This parking lot is the start and end point of the Vilsbøl MTB route.
The main route is marked in blue (easy) and there is often the option to switch to red or black (medium and difficult) sections. From S0 to S3 everything is included.
On the red sections you have crisp descents with decent steps and often the opportunity to get your wheels in the air. But you can also unroll everything.
There are tables and doubles on the black sections, you have to be able to get your wheels in the air and you should be able to master the technique. There's not always a chickenway.

Partially very sandy stretches of track, which can often be fatal for narrow tyres. Very exhausting! But it's a lot of fun here. I've never seen other bikers here.
