The Osterberg-Villa in Niederkleveez is called the “Haunted House at Dieksee” and is shown as a sight on the internet. This spook should be over soon. The more than 100 year old Haus Osterberg, which was used as an eye clinic from 1945 to 1985, has been vacant for over 20 years, as has a neighboring nurses' home. Due to arson, both roof trusses burned out, so that the buildings have become dilapidated by wind and weather.
