First you go over a meadow path and then on a single trail through the forest. Nothing for children and inexperienced people (it goes steeply down to the Saale)

The path on Mühlfelsen is definitely a nice alternative to the normal cycle path. Caution is advised, it is narrow and goes down steeply in places. For those who are timid, you can also push, there's no shame in that and it's definitely better than tumbling into the Saale on your bike.
