The Emmental Show Dairy is, as the word implies, a sight to behold. I think the various offerings are fantastic. The large playground, the kitchen/restaurant, the cheese trail, and even the dairy shop are all fantastic. They also sell the almost legendary farmer's ice creams. A fantastic experience and can easily be incorporated into various very beautiful Emmental tours.

Be a part of the production of Emmental cheese. You can watch the process firsthand, book a private tour, or attend a public tour (Saturday and Sunday at 1 p.m. and 3:15 p.m.).

Stöckli cheese:
Do it yourself! In the Stöckli, dating back to 1741, you'll work with a cheesemaker to make your own cheese from 200 liters of fresh raw milk. Handcrafted by hand, you'll end up with two wheels, each weighing eight kilograms, of delicious Stöckli cheese.

The best comes last: After four months of care and attention by our cellar masters, we'll send your personally crafted cheese directly to your home.
