Overall, the station is well-organized.
Obviously, it's very busy due to tourism.
There's only ONE staffed counter on site where you can book train tickets for Cinque Terre. 🙈 We ended up buying online while waiting in line. That would be my recommendation right from the start. It makes things much more relaxed. :)
