I was not in the grotto itself. From the site, however, you have a wonderful view of the Ardeche.
The Ardeche, a raging brook, dug into the soft limestone with numerous turns up to 300 m deep and transformed its valley into a wild gorge landscape. One of the most beautiful canyons in France was built. Numerous kayak and cyclists were observed.

Not far from the entrance of the grotto from the parking lot there is a small path to the Belvedere de Cathedral with explanatory panels on flora and fauna.
