Savior Camps. They operated in the 60's and 70's as children's camps. In the 80's for a while they hosted various events. In the summer of '84, the 7-day PELLA 84 festival took place with concerts, theaters, shadow theaters, etc. Savvopoulos, Papakonstantinou, Mariza Koch, but also Blues Gang (later Blues Wire) etc. sang. In the black and white photos I took one night we see our own big trumpet player Nysis (he was paralleled with Miles Davis ..) and Mariza Koch. On the walls with a little attention we will see the slogans that prevailed at that time: Recession - Disarmament - Peace.
After a period of disuse with funds from the "THESEAS" program in the '00s, the buildings were repaired to be used as hostels for Environmental Education activities.
