Lake Gartower is worth a visit at any time of year. It's perfect for swimming, running, hiking, and relaxing.
You'll inevitably pass it when passing through Gartower towards Lenzen or Schnakenburg.
There's a very clean restroom behind the tourist information office. It's a great place to refill your water bottles.
